VPiX Worldwide Sales and Refund Policy

We encourage you to read the VPiX sales policy as you are agreeing to this sales policy when you make any purchase at VPiX and when you accept the VPiX VULA on activating your VPiX back office account.

Return Policy

VPiX provides Zoom demos to educate prospects on the limitations of 360 cameras prior to purchase. VPiX does not (normally) provide refunds on customer equipment, but can (at VPiX sole discretion) provide exchange of camera(s) with prior authorization and an RMA.

If you are still uncertain which camera to buy after the inital Zoom orientation demo, we strongly recommend that you rent the VPiX 360 TRIFECTA bundle which includes (1) Insta 360 ONE-R camera, (1) QooCam 8K camera and (1) Insta360 Pro camera (DeathStar).

By testing all three cameras, you can see for yourself which camera produces the desired 360 panoramic quality.

If you purchase any camera from VPiX and still want a return within 30 days of purchase, customers are required to obtain an RMA from the shipping deparement and you will be charged a 15% restocking fee providing the return camera is is in good condition. VPiX reserves the right to reject any return due to scratches, customer neglect, damage or damage caused by the carrier with insufficient insurance for the return shipment.

Any refunds due customer are subject to training, shipping and customer service/project management deductions.

Refunds are provided via company chack and can take up to 21 business days to process.

VPiX will accept and authorize an exchange for any damaged product. To do this, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we’ll exchange it. In addition, please note the following:

VPiX SaaS Subscriptions Monthly/Annually

Monthly subscription holders are charged on the 1st or 15th calendar date for the number of projects and the storage/bandwidth use. All Customers are required to have a credit card on file. Annual subscription accounts may pay via company.agency check, credit card or bank wire. National accounts under a 2-year or 3-year Service Level Agreement (SLA) may pay monthly or annually which terms are covered within the SLA.

Cancellation of Your VPiX SaaS Account(s)

Month-to-month subscribers that wish to cancel their account must contact VPiX using the name and email on their VPiX account. If using Email, VPiX subscription users will need to go here to cancel.

Monthy subscriptions that want to cancel, may do so by emailing: support@vpix360.com. Once notified, VPiX will verify the cancellation request via email or phone. Your credit card or PayPal payment will be stopped, and your tours will be deleted on the renewal date of your next billing. Once tours are deleted, there is no way to restore them. If you are a photographer, it is strongly advised that you verify with your customers their tours are not needed, and we recommend you allow them the opportunity to keepo them hosted by referring them to VPiX. We can move the tours from your account to theirs.

For cancelling annual accounts, you must notify VPiX within 30-days of your renewal date. If you cancel your annual SaaS account at ny time after your renewal date, cancellation will be honored, however you are still required to pay for the full annual service. Your annual account will expire on the renewal date and all tours will be deleted

Custom Development, Websites, iOS/Android apps, White Label Servers

For any and all custom work VPiX is contracted by you, all work is covered under a Scope of Work (SOW) document which will detail the work to be performed including payment milestone(s). All custom work including consulting, expenses for said project(s) are non-refundable. Customer may cancel any work in progress but may be responsible for the payment of the balance for work performed including any expenses and/or a penalty for early termination.

On-Site VPiX Photography Services

VPiX home office or any VPiX licensed affiliate, including any VPiX-certified photographer may provide various on-site photographic services including but not necessarily limited to still photos, 2K or 4K video, perform GIS/GPS measurements of rooms (LiDAR) including 3D structure scans for 2D or 3D maps/floor plans, aerial drone videos/shots and/or elevated mast photography.

All jobs will be accompanied by a Scope of Work (SOW) and a shot sheet which must be signed and returned by customer. In the event a customer does not provide a signed shot sheet prior to scheduled date and elects to have photographer work with an on-site manager to direct the shoot, customer shall be responsible for all content produced or lack thereof.

Representations and Warranties

Customer represents and warrants that: (a) you have all necessary authority, rights and permissions to grant photographer(s) access to the property/properties being photographed. Customer represents that any photographic content when displayed on any on-line or offline materials does not infringe or violates any copyright or other intellectual property rights including the privacy rights of any third party without limitation.


Customer hereby agrees to indemnify and hold VPiX, and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, licensees and photographic contractors harmless from and against any and all claims, costs, demands, damages, liabilities, losses or expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to: (1) the assignment for the shoot(s) the photographers take, (2) any content you provide for use in the shoot, and (3) your use of any VPiX 360 cloud server used to publish the content.

Pricing and Price Reductions/Corrections

VPiX reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at the VPiX Store at any time with little or no notice to you, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the Payment & Pricing page. In the event you have been charged more than the posted price for a product in a VPiX Store, please contact our Customer Care for a refund of the overcharge. VPiX hours is Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM Denver Time.

Should VPiX reduce its price on any VPiX product within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your product, feel free to call VPiX Customer Care at 1-866-902-3600 to request a refund or credit of the difference between the price you were charged and the current selling price. To receive the refund or credit you must contact VPiX within 14 calendar days of the price change. Please note that this excludes limited-time price reductions, such as those that occur during special sales events, such as Black Friday or Cyber Monday.

Price protection is only available for up to 10 units of a particular product. Additionally, we may require that you have the product with you or otherwise have proof of possession when requesting price protection.

Prices shown are in U.S. dollars. If you are paying for your order with an international credit card, the purchase price may fluctuate with exchange rates. In addition, your bank or credit card issuer may also charge you foreign conversion charges and bank-wire fees including VAT or duties, which may also increase the overall cost of your purchase. Please contact your bank or credit card issuer regarding these fees.

Shipping & Delivery

Please review the Shipping & Pickup page to learn about how and when you will receive the products you purchased from the VPiX Store. Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond VPiX’s control once it leaves our facilities, VPiX cannot be held liable for late deliveries. We will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth delivery.

Product Availability and Limitations

Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of our products, VPiX may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. Trust us, we’re building them as fast as we can. VPiX reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. Furthermore, there may be occasions when VPiX confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered, VPiX will cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full.
