VPiX is the world’s leader in providing Lexus-quality virtual tour services. In 2010 we built the world’s first 360° virtual tour server. In October 2016, we did it again with the introduction of the world’s first Google VR server.

VPiX is an HP OEM Partner. We will be rolling out the world’s first Hotel self-check-in kiosk that includes 360° interactive views of their rooms. Plus, it will be the first and only kiosk that lets guests view 360’s and book local restaurants and attractions right to their hotel room.

Standard VPiX support is available Mondays - Thursdays from 8 am until 6 pm MDT and Fridays from 8 am until 3 pm. Please allow one business for any support issues. For faster service, VIP Support programs allow for extended support hours for evenings and weekends.
Including your VPiX ID# will help us speed up your request.
VPiX Support Call
Please use the form on the right only for VPiX Support Calls. This is a Pay-Per-Incident service or training request for $36.

Standard VPiX tickets are answered via Zendesk. Click here to register if you are not already part of the VPiX Zendesk group. Standard VPiX support is free and available via Ticket-systems only.

VIP Service is available to anyond beyond your 90-day original VPiX camera/equipment purchase and is $36 per incident.
We can bill your existing account $36 for the tech support / troubleshooting call. Calls placed today are typically scheduled on the next business day if placed after 11 am, MDT.
One of the best tools we use to see your computer on our screen (and vice-versa) is Go to: and register for a FREE account. You will need this installed before we can do the remote training and troubleshooting session.
VPiX Support Call: $36
Use this form only if you are needing a support call with a live VPiX human and if you are well past your 90-day support / training deadline. This is for VPiX customers only (not TRIAL ACCOUNTS).

You will be billed $36 before your troubleshooting sessing call begins. You will need to have installed and running so we can take control of your Mac or PC and resolve your incident or provide Just In Time (JIT) training.

All incidents are based on solving your issue within 20-minutes or less.
